Return Policies If our products don't please you, feel free to return them within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. We do not refund shipping charges! If you are not satisfied with a particular color of a yarn / fiber, we will exchange the same item for another color. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Special Order Policy As a courtesy to you, we provide special order services in an effort to assist you with your fiber art projects. We strive to make a large selection of high quality, natural fibers and yarns as well as specialty items available to you in a variety of put-ups (cones, skeins, or balls and the corresponding yarn weight and / or yardage) convenient for your type of project. This means that we will order for you specifically from select suppliers once your order is placed. Please be aware that delivery times vary by supplier. Our policies regarding special orders: All special orders are pre-paid in full in advance. No returns are accepted on special orders unless specifically approved by us. We will keep you informed of delivery schedules; however, we do not guarantee delivery schedules of our suppliers. Please provide us with an e-mail address or phone number so that we may contact you with this information. Privacy Policy We will not share any information about our guests with anyone. We value your business and will handle all personal information, such as addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc. with utmost discretion. Shipping Policies We will ship in-stock merchandise within 2 to 3 days from the date of receipt of order. Please check our event schedule as vendor event attendance may cause a delay of shipments. If we are out of items you have ordered, we will backorder them and ship them as soon as they are available to us. No additional charges incur to you for the shipping of backordered items. SHIPPING: we generally ship all merchandise by UPS or FedEx in order to facilitate tracking; we will gladly provide you the tracking information via e-mail or phone. We ship US postal service with your approval only for orders that do not exceed $ 100.00. The shipping charges shown in the table below are for "Standard" (ground) transportation to the lower 48 states (to include free shipping offers). Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 10 business days (that is, weekends and holidays are excluded). We are pleased to offer both 2nd day and 3rd day delivery in the continental U.S. Please add an extra $ 12.00 for 2nd day and $ 7.00 for 3rd day delivery service.
